"Has anyone else noticed less variety lately?"
I used to really enjoy browsing Hunkemoller, but lately the selection just feels kind of samey. Like, it’s mostly the same styles in a few different colors, and there doesn’t seem to be much that works for different body types. Sizes also seem to sell out quickly, which makes it even harder. I was just looking for something simple but still cute, and ended up giving up. For a lingerie shop, I expected a bit more variety, you know?

"Customer service has been really annoying to deal…"
Customer service has been really annoying to deal with. I sent messages and then just waited for days with no reply, which is frustrating because you don’t know if anyone even saw it. The product itself is one thing, but when you need help and nobody answers, it really changes the whole experience

"Product description was way off"
I ordered this bra based on the description and size info, but what showed up was totally different. The fit was off and the material didn’t feel anything like what was described. To make it more frustrating, I had to wait in a long queue just to get help with it, which made the whole thing even more annoying. I definitely won’t be trusting the product details next time.

"Shipping was just too expensive"
I was going to order a few things, but then I see the shipping cost and it was way too much. It made the total go up a lot more than I expected, so it didn’t really feel worth it anymore. I don’t mind paying for delivery, but for a normal order, this just feel too high. I ended up buying anyway, but I kind of regret it now.

"Promo codes never seem to work"
The sales always look great at first, but then I get to checkout and, surprise, the discount code doesn’t work. At this point I’m starting to assume that’s just the pattern with them. I contacted support and they basically gave me the same vague excuses instead of actually fixing anything

"wrong items in my order"
i ordered one size and color, but what showed up was totally different. support didn’t really help much either and just had me waiting around.

"Delivery was fine, updates were kinda messy"
My order showed up alright, so no real issue there. But the tracking updates were a bit all over the place and slow to change, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on half the time. I ended up checking it myself a few times just to see if anything moved. Not a huge problem, but yeah, the updates could definitely be clearer.

"The styles felt a bit behind the times"
I checked out hunkemoller.com hoping to find some nicer, more modern pieces, but a lot of the designs just felt dated to me. The colors and patterns didn’t really feel current, and while a few items looked cute in the photos, most of it wasn’t something I could realistically see myself wearing. At the end of the day, if the style doesn’t feel right, it’s hard to justify buying it

"Wish I hadn’t ordered after the payment hassle"
I really regret placing an order on Hunkemoller. The payment went through on my card, but the order didn’t show up properly, so I was left trying to figure out what had happened. I ended up having to chase customer service myself, and the replies were vague, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. It took way too long to get sorted, it’s made me nervous about ordering again. If the billing can mess up like that, I don’t feel very confident using the site.

"Felt unsure after paying"
I liked a few of the items at first, but after I paid I started feeling a bit uneasy. There just isn’t much clear info about where everything is made or what the worker conditions are like. The sustainability claims sound nice, but they’re vague, and that made me trust the purchase less after the fact. I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable ordering more unless they’re more transparent

"Packaging wasn’t what I expected"
From what I remember, the order did arrive on time, so no issue there. But the packaging left a underwhelming impression. The box looked a little crushed, and the items inside seemed like they had just been tossed in instead of folded or packed neatly. Since it was lingerie, I guess I expected it to feel a bit more thoughtful or cared for. Nothing was actually damaged, but I still remember opening it and feeling disappointed right away.

"Late Delivery and Spotty Tracking"
My order ended up arriving late, and the tracking updates weren’t really reliable, which was frustrating lol. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

"I tried to use my voucher and..."
I tried to use my voucher and gift card online, but the payment kept failing no matter what I did. I reached out to support, it just made the whole thing more frustrating. It took a while to get responses, and every person seemed to give me a different answer about what the problem was. One said it should work, another said it might not apply, and another basically told me to try again later. It felt like no one actually knew what was going on. Such a hassle for something that should’ve been simple.

"The “loyalty perks” are misleading"
I don’t get why they make the loyalty program sound like such a great deal. The wording makes it seem like you’re getting real perks, but the points expire so quickly that I barely get a chance to use them. In the end, there’s hardly any actual benefit, which makes the whole thing feel misleading.

"Wish there were more sizes for different bodies"
I was disappointed with the size range at Hunkemoller. I kept finding really cute pieces, but then the bigger sizes were either missing or already sold out, actually, not even just sold out, some styles seem to stop way too early altogether.
It just makes shopping feel a bit rubbish, like the brand only has one type of body in mind. Bras and lingerie should be made for more people, not such a narrow size range. I ended up giving up on ordering.

"Good products, but not worth the price"
The items are nice enough, but they feel overpriced for what you actually get. The quality is fine, just not anything amazing, and the discounts didn’t really make much of a difference. I also didn’t love the way the staff talked to me — it kind of felt like they were talking down to me when I asked questions. Overall, I expected better value for the money.

"The sizing just doesn’t add up"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was all over the place. The cups felt too small, while the band was somehow loose, which is confusing. Reading between the lines, I’d say their size guide isn’t very reliable. I ended up returning it, the whole thing was more hassle than it was worth

I returned the item, but I’m still waiting to get my money back. Maybe I’m being impatient, but I feel like it’s been long enough that I shouldn’t have to keep checking on it
